Consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution portal at Trust Care Dental. Please note that our website is not required to use an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes.

Scope of Service

Trust Care Dental  provides dental treatments and operates an online platform connecting patients with dental clinics, doctors. This platform allows you to browse treatments and request quotes for dental services.

We ensure the accuracy of the information provided by our clinics and doctors, facilitating communication between You and our verified dental professionals.

Our Service allows you to book, reserve, and manage appointments directly with our affiliated clinics. You can confirm and reserve your appointments through our platform, which may involve a service fee. Please review the “Payment Terms” section for more details.

We are not liable for any issues that occur during Your accommodation or travel with third-party providers. However, we do cover issues arising from dental treatments under our Dental Treatment Guarantee Policy.

User Responsibilities

• Users must be legally capable and at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting details to our clinic or other affiliated providers.
• If there are changes in Your health or provided information, You are responsible for notifying us to update Your records.
• By providing copyrighted or intellectual property-protected material, You grant Us a limited license to use this content as needed to perform our services.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms apply to the use of our Services as outlined in “Section above.”

These Payment Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. See Section for withdrawal rights.

Our consultation and platform services are free of charge, but Your bill will include the costs for treatment, accommodation, and local transportation.

The Service Fee may be payable through credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or other available methods. Treatment costs, excluding accommodation and transportation, are listed on our website.

Registration is required to use our payment services, and all User Obligations must be observed.

Coupon Terms

• Trust Care Dental coupons can be used for future treatments or shared with friends and family.
• Only one coupon can be used per booking and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Coupons are non-refundable and must be used in a single transaction.
• Unauthorized alterations or expired coupons are invalid.
• The coupon user is responsible for any costs exceeding the coupon’s value.
• Promo codes may not be resold or offered for sale.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel any coupon offers.
• Our website is not responsible for any loss incurred due to cancellation, refusal, or inability to use a coupon.
• Coupons may only be redeemed by the intended or authorized user and are valid for six months from issuance.

Referral Program

• Our Referral Program is a limited-time offer and applies only to new bookings.
• The referrer will receive 25% of the referred person’s treatment payment (excluding hotel and transport costs) once paid in full.
• Referral participation requires sharing photos, videos, and reviews over the course of a year post-treatment.
• The referrer must contact Trust Care Dental directly to submit the referred person’s details.

Limited Liability

We are liable for damages only if they result from gross negligence or intent by our directors, employees, or agents, or in cases of personal injury or death.

These liability limitations extend to our directors, employees, and agents, without affecting statutory proof burdens.

Trust Care Dental is only liable for incidents involving current employees and is not liable for former employees’ actions.

Intellectual Property and External Links

All intellectual property rights for content on our website are owned by us or our licensors. Use of our services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to You.

External links on our website are provided for information purposes only. We are not responsible for the content or services provided by these external sites.

Dental Treatment Guarantee Policy

The following requirements apply for Dental Treatment Guarantee eligibility:

• Treatment must be booked and received with us after the launching date of the website.
• You must attend a clinic check-up within three or six months of treatment, depending on the procedure type.
• Issues must be confirmed by an independent licensed dentist, with proof such as an X-ray.

The Guarantee Policy does not cover:

• Poor oral hygiene, gum issues not caused by the restorations, or pre-existing conditions.
• Treatments affected by certain lifestyle factors (e.g., heavy smoking, use of teeth as tools).
• Unauthorized third-party treatments.

Additional conditions include adherence to post-treatment guidelines and, in some cases, check-ups every six months.

Final Provisions

• These Terms are governed by USA law, and all disputes fall under  jurisdiction.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding our services.
• If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
• You may not assign Your rights or obligations without Our consent.
